How to Use the Parking Calculator

Drawing Area(s) of Interest to Calculate
1. Open the draw polygon widget to draw an area to calculate.
2. Click the eraser to clear the area(s).

Parking Cost Report
3. Click the report widget to view the Meters and Mobile pay area sidebar.
   • The report defualts to both Meters and Mobile Pay lines, but you can also select Metered Spaces or Mobile Pay Zone Spaces.
   • When the radio button is changed, the intended features are selected on the map, and the costs are re-calculated.
4. The Date Range section allows you to specify a date range for the calculations.
   • Once the date range is selected, the Billable Days are automatically calculated. This includes removing Holidays and Sundays from the Billable Days.
   • If the Begin Date or End Date is a Sunday, an additional fee will be added for each (and noted in the report)
5. Once you draw an area, you can manually override some values in the parking calculator. The calculations will autmatically update once a new value is entered.
6. You can also use these inputs to calculate a cost without drawing an area on the map.
